Staybridge Suites Ofallon Chesterfield by IHG

We got a king bed suite. The room generally looked nice, but it was not clean. Many of the dishes were still dirty, and the floors were sticky and dirty. Internet quality was generally slow and poor. The bed was spacious and very comfortable.

Upon arriving at the Staybridge, we were greeted by the staff members who were very friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The common areas in the hotel was also clean and inviting. Though we miss the happy hour offered by the hotel on certain days. I thought that was nice to offer to the guest.. we will definitely stay here again if our travels permit.

I have to say that the staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel is very clean and we feel comfortable. The location is easy to access. All in all positive experience. We love it.

Our stay at the Staybridge Suites in O’Fallon, MO was overall a very good experience, and the way the staff handled everything truly stood out. We did experience a noise issue that seemed to be mechanical or some sort of deep reverbing noise traveling through the walls, not from other guests. Unfortunately, there was no maintenance staff available at the time, but management stepped in immediately and handled the situation the best way possible. They were professional, understanding, and even discounted our stay, which was greatly appreciated. We felt heard and genuinely taken care of. The room could use a little updating, but it was still a very comfortable stay. We traveled with five kids, and the two-bedroom suite with one king and two double beds fit our family perfectly. The space made a huge difference for our comfort. The location is also great, close to nice restaurants, the outlet mall, and Chesterfield. If you don’t mind a short drive from St. Louis, this location offers excellent value and space. The highlight of our stay was Jackie, the breakfast cook and server. Jackie is a wonderful, sweet woman who truly embodies hospitality. She took time to sit and have a conversation with my wife and me, and that personal connection meant a lot. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine care made our morning and our entire stay memorable. The maple bourbon syrup and the scones were awesome If we’re ever in the area, or even just looking for a reason to stay again, it would be just to speak with Jackie. Thank you to Jackie and the entire Staybridge staff for your professionalism, kindness, and for taking such great care of our family.

Loved the cleanliness of the rooms more than anything. This is the first time in a long time I didn’t cringe or feel like I settled for a hotel. I honestly want to stay longer. The rates just weren’t in the budget, but wherever I get a little extra, I’ll most definitely bee back here.

The cleanliness of the suite was impressive, and everything felt well-maintained. Dining options, especially breakfast, were enjoyable. The location made it easy to get around Chesterfield and O’Fallon. Staff provided outstanding service, and the amenities were perfect for a longer stay at a fair price.

Amazing stay with an exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully designed room. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, quality, and excellent guest experience.

Stayed here a few months for a work project. I have to say that the staff were the best part - very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Special shout out to Jackie who goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of at breakfast! The location is easy to access, right off the highway and nearby anything you might need. The state of the building could use a little love, but again the staff was quick to attend to anything that needed direct attention. All in all, a positive experience.
